PopStyle is an AI-powered personal outfit planner. Content and demos on this website are for information only and do not constitute a binding offer. We accept no warranty for completeness, accuracy and timeliness.
3. Registration & app use
Certain features may require registration. The terms of the app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play) and the terms within the app apply additionally.
4. Copyright & usage rights
All content (texts, images, graphics, logos, trademarks) is protected by copyright. Any use beyond the limits of copyright law requires prior written consent.
5. Liability
Use is at your own risk. We are liable only for damages resulting from intent or gross negligence and as provided by mandatory law. Liability for slight negligence is excluded as far as legally permitted.
6. Applicable law & jurisdiction
The law at the operator's registered office (Schweiz) applies, unless mandatory provisions state otherwise. The place of jurisdiction is — where permitted — the operator's registered office.
