Overview
Protecting your personal data is important to MYSYMP AG. This policy is aligned with both the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It applies to your visit to this website as well as the use of the PopStyle / POP app.

2. What data we process & why
Depending on the context we process: • Master data (name, contact details, language) • Contract and usage data of the app (registration, saved outfits, settings) • Communication data (content of your enquiries) • Behavioural and preference data (features used, interests) • Technical data (truncated IP address, device/browser information) Purposes: providing and securing the website and app, contract handling, communication, improving our offering, marketing (where permitted), and compliance with legal obligations.

Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), consent (lit. a), legal obligations (lit. c) and our legitimate interests (lit. f).
4. Hosting & server log files
This website is hosted by an external provider. When accessed, technical data is stored in server log files (page, date/time, data volume, browser, operating system, referrer, truncated IP) for provision, security and stability (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
5. Cookies & consent
We use technically necessary cookies (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and — only with your consent — analytics cookies (lit. a). You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the cookie banner or "Cookie Settings" in the footer.
6. Web analytics
For statistical evaluation and improvement, we may use analytics services (e.g. pages visited, interactions, truncated IP). This is based solely on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and can be withdrawn at any time.
7. Fonts (locally hosted)
The web fonts used are installed locally on our server. No connection to Google servers is established and no data is transferred to third parties.
8. External links & app stores
Our website links to external offerings (Apple App Store, Google Play, Instagram, popstyle.ai). The privacy policies of the respective providers apply there.
9. Disclosure to third parties & international transfers
We share data with service providers (e.g. IT/cloud, payment, shipping) where necessary. Recipients may also be located outside Switzerland/the EEA (e.g. the USA). Adequate protection is ensured contractually (standard contractual clauses).
10. Retention period
We store data only as long as necessary for the purposes or as required by statutory retention periods (in some cases 10 years). Data is then deleted or anonymised.
11. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. A message to info@mysymp.ch is sufficient. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Switzerland: FDPIC).
12. Data security & changes
We take appropriate technical and organisational security measures. We may update this privacy policy; the version published here at the time applies.
